Morrow was a Fulbright scholar in Minsk, Belarus. She was hosted by ENVILA
Women’s Institute from September 2000 through July 2002.
The name "ENVILA" means Hope, Trust, and
Love. Founded in 1994,
ENVILA is the first all-female higher education institution in the Republic
of Belarus. ENVILA provides high quality up-to-date training in the professions
and has led efforts to introduce and develop gender/women’s studies in
Belarusian universities and colleges.
