The Great Moon buggy Race, organized by NASA with support from Northrop Grumman, is held on April every year. For the 4th consecutive year, a team of students from the Department of Mechanical Engineering entered this competition. In spring 2007, Chang Xu, one of our ETIE student, attended this competition from April 7th to 8th at the US Space & Rocket Center in Huntsville, Alabama. She was one the two drivers in the race. The “Moonbuggy” is a human-powered vehicle which must be driven by one male and one female student.
