Purpose Statement: The purpose of Administrative Services Project Management
System is to ensure the efficient and effective achievement of quality goals.
Description: Administrative Services Project Management System is a series of
sequential steps that interact to ensure efficient and effective achievement of quality
goals. The Project Management system actually begins with the output from the Decision
Making System, which is transformed into a project goal. The project is planned,
implemented, tracked, and continuously improved upon.
