Fundamentals of Engineering Exam Prep Course
Details:In order to become a Professional Engineer, one must pass two
engineering exams. The first part is the Fundamentals of Engineering
(FE) exam. After a minimum of four years of engineering experience
beyond the BSxE degree, one may be entitled to participate in the
Principles and Practice of Engineering (PE) exam. Passing of both
exams is required for registration as a Professional Engineer. Only
Professional Engineers can perform independent engineering in the
form of consultation, investigation, evaluation, or design of
engineering works and systems.

Description:
Purdue University is transitioning to an electronic proposal
approval process via Coues system. This event is an opportunity
for approvers to become familiar with the new system prior to the
implementation. Becoming familiar with the system in advance will
prevent any approval delays in the future. The new system is
expected to go live in February of 2012.

Details:In order to become a Professional Engineer, one must pass two
engineering exams. The first part is the Fundamentals of Engineering
(FE) exam. After a minimum of four years of engineering experience
beyond the BSxE degree, one may be entitled to participate in the
Principles and Practice of Engineering (PE) exam. Passing of both
exams is required for registration as a Professional Engineer. Only

Details: Studies have shown with proper diet and modest, consistent physical activity, Type-2 Diabetes can be delayed, controlled and even prevented. Dining with Diabetes is a positive and proactive approach to achieving this goal. Participants will learn the importance of lifestyle choices that can make a difference in their long-term health.
Recipes will be demonstrated and samples will be available. You may attend the entire series or just the sessions that interest you.

Details: Feel healthier, breathe easier and have more energy; these are the rewards of a tobacco-free life. Quit Smart was created by the director of the Duke University Quit Smoking Clinic and is taught by a Certified Quit Smart Leader. It combines powerful treatments to help you break free from tobacco. Methods include easing off nicotine, using your mind to help you, a relaxation CD, help deciding whether to use medication, proven tactics to break the habit!
This class meets evey Tuesday for 5 weeks; it will also meet on Thursday February16 for a total of 6 sessions.

Fundamentals of Engineering Exam Prep Course
Details:In order to become a Professional Engineer, one must pass two
engineering exams. The first part is the Fundamentals of Engineering
(FE) exam. After a minimum of four years of engineering experience
beyond the BSxE degree, one may be entitled to participate in the
Principles and Practice of Engineering (PE) exam. Passing of both
exams is required for registration as a Professional Engineer. Only
Professional Engineers can perform independent engineering in the
form of consultation, investigation, evaluation, or design of
engineering works and systems.
